Lead Generator – Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator to join PAN Finance’s Lagos office. The role focuses on the early stages of the sales cycle, identifying and pre‑qualifying prospects for our financial intelligence services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential leads in target markets.
• Research and pre‑qualify leads to ensure they meet defined criteria.
• Build initial relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Analyze market trends to uncover new lead opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics.
• Engage senior decision‑makers to gather insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently after training and as part of a team.

Required skills

• CRM experience.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £100 (approx. 180‑200k Naira).
• Monthly commissions up to 500k‑1M Naira based on converted leads.
