Lead, Finance and Accounts Officer

About the role
We are seeking a Lead Finance and Accounts Officer to oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions for Pastures Hub Nigeria Limited, operating in the agriculture, fishing and forestry sector.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date books of account in line with IFRS.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules.
- Perform month‑end and year‑end close, reconciling bank accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, and intercompany balances.
- Provide financial analysis to support pricing, new initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
