About the role
We are seeking a reliable Laundry Personnel to join our team at Teestone Hotel and Apartment in Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure that all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are processed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues.
- Handle guest laundry according to hotel procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with linen inventory management and storage.
- Support housekeeping operations as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Required skills
- Ability to operate laundry machinery and equipment safely.
