Key Account Executive - Port Harcourt

About the role

Join BIC World’s sales team as a Key Account Executive responsible for driving the distribution and growth of the LSNL portfolio across modern trade channels in Nigeria. You will work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure product listings, inventory management, and sales targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales trends in modern trade outlets across all regions by reviewing weekly distributor reports.
• Monitor shelf prices, competitor activity, and ensure trade price stability.
• Develop and execute marketing activity plans, such as Back‑to‑School promotions, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Prepare annual business plans and distributor templates for key modern trade outlets.
• Lead weekly review meetings with distributor sales leadership to address challenges and growth opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels with distributors to support secondary sales and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a database of modern trade customers and act as the liaison between distributors, billing, and supply‑chain teams.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably within consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify new sales opportunities.
• Understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
