Junior UI/UX Designer

About the role

Bluecounts Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design and improvement of user experiences across its web and mobile platforms. The role works closely with the Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to build intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that help businesses manage their operations more efficiently. It suits recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in product design, user experience and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new features and product improvements.
• Conduct basic user research and gather feedback from customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Support the maintenance of design systems and UI components.
• Review product screens and identify usability improvements.
• Help create customer journey maps and user flows.
• Take part in product testing and usability reviews.
• Contribute to branding, marketing and visual communication materials when needed.
• Stay up to date on UI/UX trends and best practices.
