Junior Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Spa Therapist to join our team in Abuja. The role involves delivering a range of spa treatments under supervision, ensuring guest comfort and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform standard massages, facials, body scrubs and other beauty services following spa guidelines.
• Greet clients warmly, check for health conditions or allergies, and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, change table linens, and restock fresh towels and supplies between appointments.
• Monitor inventory levels for oils, lotions and amenities, reporting shortages to senior management.
• Assist with the booking system, answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments as needed.
• Recommend retail products and upsell special spa packages to interested guests.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar spa therapy role.
• Ability to safely perform at least two spa therapy procedures (e.g., body scrub, massage, waxing, manicure/pedicure).
• Capability to maintain equipment and manage product inventory.
