Junior Sales Executive – Alaba (Ojo)

About the role

Digishoppa is seeking an energetic Junior Sales Executive to join its Lagos team. The role focuses on field sales across Alaba International market, Ojo market clusters and other business districts, promoting the Digishoppa platform to SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective business customers in assigned territories.
• Conduct daily field visits and market outreach to demonstrate the Digishoppa platform.
• Explain subscription plans, recommend suitable packages and convert leads into paying subscribers.
• Assist customers with account registration, onboarding and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Represent Digishoppa at trade fairs, business events and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably field sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident engaging business owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Lagos markets is an advantage.
