Junior Frontend Developer (React Native)

About the role

You’ll be working directly on a live, production mobile app in the logistics/on‑demand space, owning real features used by real customers. This role is designed for fast growth, with a clear path to a mid‑level position within 6–12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship production‑ready mobile features using React Native and Expo.
• Take ownership of features from idea through development to release.
• Implement real‑time GPS tracking with Google Maps or Mapbox.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs from a NestJS backend.
• Develop payments, wallets, and transaction flows.
• Build chat and calling capabilities using WebRTC, Twilio, etc.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Debug and optimise performance.
• Gain exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in frontend or mobile development.
• Comfortable with React Native beyond tutorials.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Built real‑world projects (personal, freelance, or professional).
• Understanding of API integration and data flows.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow quickly.
• Passionate about building real products, not just completing tasks.

Required skills
