ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative

About the role

Management Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in line with ISO standards.
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits across all departments, preparing clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Conduct supplier and vendor audits to verify compliance with company quality standards and ISO.
• Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
• Manage document control, including SOP creation, revision, distribution and archiving.
• Administer change control, deviation and non‑conformance management processes.
• Support preparation for and coordination of regulatory inspections and external audits (e.g., NAFDAC).
• Compile and present quality performance metrics and management review reports.

Required profile

• Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification by SON or another regulatory body.
• 3‑5 years’ experience in quality management or auditing within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS frameworks and ISO 9001:2015.

Required skills

• Proven auditing skills, including audit planning, execution and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management/QMS software.
• Excellent report‑writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
