Investment Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Sales Advisor to join our advisory team at Reform Capital Solutions. This hybrid role focuses on identifying high‑value prospects, advising them on real‑estate investment opportunities, and converting them into clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop strong relationships with qualified prospects and potential clients.
• Present and sell curated real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop repeat business, secure referrals, and foster long‑term investor relationships.
• Achieve KPIs such as Total Transaction Value (TTV) and Gross Sales Volume (GSV) from our development portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of real‑estate experience with a focus on closing transactions.
• Demonstrated experience in investments and investment strategies, including portfolio construction, risk assessment, and return optimization.
• Solid knowledge of real‑estate markets, investment products, and capital markets.
• Prior experience in real‑estate advisory or development is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
