Investment Project Management Assistant

About the role

The Investment Project Management Assistant will support NJZC International Construction in building and managing its investor and capital acquisition pipeline. This role combines investor outreach, financial analysis, and coordination with Chinese management to facilitate project financing in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investor outreach, meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Manage opportunities through due diligence, term‑sheet negotiation and closing.
• Support the preparation of financial models, business cases, investment proposals and pitch decks.
• Analyse project financials, funding requirements, returns and investment structures.
• Maintain accurate investor records and provide regular pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law, Investment Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment, due diligence, legal or business development assistance.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin/Chinese for reading, writing and translation.
• Familiarity with Nigerian market norms, administrative procedures and document processing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to assist Chinese management in local external relations.
