International Recruitment & Placement Manager

About the role

The International Recruitment & Placement Manager will lead the newly created International Recruitment & Placement Unit (IRPU). This role connects skilled Nigerian professionals with reputable employers and agencies across Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to source, assess and place candidates in international positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, corporate partners and compliance bodies.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end placement process, ensuring smooth visa, documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Collaborate with business development and compliance teams to meet performance targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve placement success rates.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or international workforce placement.
• Strong understanding of global labor markets and cross‑border employment regulations.
• Proven ability to work in a target‑driven, performance‑based environment.
• Residency in Port Harcourt with a professional network in the region.
