About the role
We are looking for a diligent Internal Auditor to join our real‑estate firm. The role will evaluate and improve internal controls, risk management and governance across the organisation while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct periodic internal audits of financial, operational and administrative processes.
- Review financial records, transactions and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Assess internal control systems and identify risk areas or weaknesses.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, risks and actionable recommendations.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or a related role.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA or CIA is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
