About the role

Join Heirs Insurance Group's Retail Division as an Insurance Sales Representative in Lagos. You will help individuals and businesses protect their assets by offering tailored life and general insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients.
Provide professional financial planning and insurance advisory services.
Recommend suitable life and general insurance products.
Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to recruit, coach and manage a sales team.
Reside in Lagos or be willing to work within Lagos.
Willingness to undergo training before deployment.
