Inside Sales Representative – West Africa

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will communicate daily with executives from large companies across West Africa, building a strong network while promoting Lenovo’s portfolio of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned customers to maximize revenue, margin and satisfaction.
• Select and configure products according to customer requirements.
• Achieve profitable revenue growth for your customer base.
• Build relationships with third‑party vendors and partners to deliver complete solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as technical sales, marketing and delivery.
• Work closely with field sales reps and other Lenovo sales teams to meet common goals.
• Report weekly on account status, forecasts and business planning.
• Create and follow up on proposals, pricing and project completion.
• Coordinate with channel partners and distributors for opportunity management and order execution.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of inside sales or sales experience.
• Experience in IT or related industry (infrastructure solutions, software or services is a plus).
• Customer‑oriented, independent, structured and goal‑oriented working style.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
