Influencer Marketing Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

Utello is seeking a remote Influencer Marketing Specialist on a contractor basis to manage the front‑line pipeline for international creator campaigns. You will be responsible for sourcing, outreach, negotiation and tracking of creator partnerships for high‑growth brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source 150+ high‑potential creators each week that match client niches using digital parameters.
• Set up and run high‑volume automated email sequences to creators and talent managers.
• Negotiate contracts, review media kits and reduce production costs while maintaining quality.
• Maintain the pipeline in Airtable or a CRM to ensure contracts are signed and content is delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong negotiator who can turn “no” into a deal.
• Excellent written English for professional pitches.
• Reliable laptop, smartphone and high‑speed internet with backup power.
• Self‑directed, outcome‑focused work style meeting weekly KPIs.
