Incentives & Governance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Incentives and Governance Analyst to join Elevare Human Solutions Ltd in Lagos. The role focuses on calculating and managing sales incentive rewards, maintaining governance documentation, and supporting process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly TTC calculations.
• Coordinate quarterly KAM JBP and Sub‑D JBP processes.
• Calculate and validate quarterly Nivealand Incentives and monthly Sales Team Incentive Rewards.
• Maintain governance documentation, contracts, approvals, and tracking throughout the year.
• Reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate incentive calculations with clear audit trails.
• Support automation and digital/AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or a related analytical field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Development, Trade Marketing or similar roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables within strict timelines.
• Good stakeholder‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, complex formulas).
• Power Query.
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.

What we offer

• Monthly remuneration of NGN 220,000.
• Housing/Transportation incentives of NGN 80,000.
• Data allowance of NGN 20,000.
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) contribution of NGN 6,000.
• Pension contribution of 10%.
