About the role
Dream Catchers Academy (DCA) is seeking a female, high‑level, versatile in‑house choreographer to lead stage presentations and guide students toward professional discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure presentations are globally stage‑ready.
- Instill professional discipline in students and manage talent.
- Address behavioural issues and anticipate the Lead’s needs.
- Document rehearsals and coordinate schedules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of verified artistic teaching, tutoring or youth‑mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in multiple art genres such as drums, hip‑hop, traditional and Afro‑dance, with knowledge of local and international arts landscapes.
- Strong role‑model qualities, highly organized and punctual.
