Implementation Officer (Rivers)

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers in Rivers State through the adoption of Moniebook POS. Working as the primary contact during the first 30‑60 days, you will ensure merchants integrate the system smoothly into their daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans that move customers from sign‑up to full POS usage.
• Configure Moniebook POS to match each retailer’s workflow and operational needs.
• Deliver live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to retail staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume and feature adoption to track progress and intervene when needed.
• Provide clear hand‑offs to Account Managers once customers reach the activation milestones.

Required profile

• Based in Rivers State (Obio‑Akpor, Port Harcourt or Ikwerre).
• Hybrid work mode.
• Employment through an outsourcing arrangement.
