Implementation Officer

About the role

The Implementation Officer will guide new retail customers through the adoption of Moniebook POS, ensuring the solution becomes an integral part of their daily store operations. Working closely with sales and account teams, you will deliver high‑touch onboarding that drives early value and sets the stage for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized onboarding plans that move customers from sign‑up to full operational use.
• Configure Moniebook POS to match each retailer’s workflow and operational needs.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to educate store staff on core features and best practices.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to track progress and intervene when needed.
• Provide clear hand‑offs to Account Managers once customers reach the activation milestones.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong customer‑facing orientation and ability to understand retail operations.
• Excellent communication skills for training and support.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment covering multiple Lagos districts.
