ICT Specialist

About the role

At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Specialist to join Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd. in Abuja. The role involves delivering reliable ICT services and technical support to NAE, ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications while supporting business operations and new project implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor and maintain ICT infrastructure, systems, networks, and communication services to ensure business continuity.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ICT systems and applications in line with business requirements.
• Assist with ICT support for new projects, including system deployment, connectivity, and technology requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company ICT policies, standards, procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Significant relevant professional experience in ICT support and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and Microsoft technologies.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection and ICT security controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
