About the role
The ICT Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology environment. This role involves managing hardware, software, networks and related services to support staff across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the company's ICT infrastructure, including computers, servers, printers and networking equipment.
- Provide first‑line technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and manage data security measures, perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
- Keep accurate records of ICT assets, licences and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure reliable and efficient technology operations.
Required profile
- Minimum HND (Higher National Diploma) in a related ICT field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT support or similar role.
