Human Resources Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and employee relations for Foldir Consultants Limited in Lagos. The role will ensure HR processes are compliant with Nigerian regulations and support the company’s fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, contracts and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support monthly payroll preparation, verification and liaison with Finance.
• Monitor attendance, leave and absenteeism.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure HR policies are communicated and applied consistently.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount updates and workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in consulting, professional services or technology.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and payroll support.
• Good understanding of employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
