About the role
The Human Resources Officer will support Stride Recruitment Limited in managing its recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, and maintaining employee records.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, advertise vacancies, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
- Prepare employment documents, coordinate staff onboarding, and introduce new employees to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, monitor KPIs, and organise probation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour regulations.
- Address routine employee concerns, promote positive workplace relationships, and escalate sensitive matters.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an OND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
