About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to lead comprehensive HR functions for our operations in Lagos. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, payroll coordination and ensuring HR compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations.
- Drive recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and attendance management.
- Coordinate payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HRMS platforms.
