Human Resources Assistant (2 openings)

About the role

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department of a rapidly growing facility‑management company. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance monitoring and various HR activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR documents, letters, contracts, reports and other correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave and other staff‑related records.
• Provide accurate employee information for payroll preparation.
• Respond to employees’ HR‑related questions and forward complex issues to senior HR staff.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, training sessions and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
