Job description
Key responsibilities
- Handle volume recruitment for frontline staff, sales reps, merchandisers, and supply chain workers, as well as technical or campus talent.
- Manage industrial and employee relations, including factory unions, contract labor compliance, disciplinary procedures, and grievance redressal under local labor laws.
- Track performance and incentives, overseeing field force productivity and implementing sales-linked incentive structures or performance appraisals.
- Perform HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing attendance, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring statutory compliance (pension, HMO, labor acts).
