About the role
We are looking for a motivated Human Resource Intern to support our HR team at Nath Nail Academy Limited. The role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration within a dynamic retail and fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
- Participate in organizing staff training, workshops, and welfare activities.
- Help monitor attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems.
- Support HR staff in handling employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proper organizational skills.
