HR Manager

About the role

A reputable climate-technology company, recruited through TeamAce Limited, is looking for an HR Manager in Lagos. The role supports and manages key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of employees.
• Support employee relations, performance management, training and staff engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning and other HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist or other HR functions.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, employment practices and labour regulations.
• CIPM certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in modern HR platforms.
