HR Manager

About the role

Enugu International Hospital, a newly established 300‑bed multi‑specialist and quaternary facility, is seeking a full‑time HR Manager to lead its human resources function. Reporting within the HR leadership team, the role will oversee HR operations, uphold organisational standards, drive process improvements and manage a multidisciplinary workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of reliable HR services, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to support staff, streamline operational efficiencies and foster a patient‑focused culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, Nigerian labour and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, including prior HR management responsibilities.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field, CIPM membership and current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body where required.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and quality‑improvement initiatives.
