About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function at National Electronic Labour Exchange. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day employee queries and resolve work‑related issues.
- Communicate company policies and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct background checks, coordinate training, and manage employee benefit programs.
- Lead the full recruitment life‑cycle, including sourcing, screening, offer drafting, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, process new‑hire, termination, and status change forms.
- Coordinate exit interviews and report findings to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
