HR Executive – Recruitment & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment, onboarding, and payroll functions for our hospitality operations in Lagos. You will ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws while fostering a professional and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs.
• Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws (PAYE, LIRS, etc.).
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven HR experience in a structured organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll processes and HR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

What we offer

• Competitive net salary ranging from NGN 240,000 to NGN 300,000 per month.
