About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead human resource and administrative functions within our manufacturing organization in Kano State. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, supporting employee productivity, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff welfare.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage office facilities, logistics, and operational support systems.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Support executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative management.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
