About the role

Northbridge Investment & Trust Limited is establishing a new private oncology centre in Abuja. The Hospital Administrator will lead business operations and corporate services, ensuring operational excellence and high‑quality patient care in partnership with the Clinical Director.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day business operations of the oncology centre.
Manage corporate services including finance, procurement and facilities.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement and compliance.
Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to align administrative functions with clinical objectives.
Ensure delivery of exceptional patient care through effective administrative support.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Hospital Administrator.
Familiarity with the healthcare environment, preferably in oncology.
Strong ability to work with clinical leadership.
