About the role

Medinex is a healthcare technology company building digital infrastructure for hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies, supporting them with affordable, reliable software and dedicated customer service. As it expands its network of healthcare facilities, it is hiring a marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The position is flexible and remote, with performance-based bonuses and an equity opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, laboratories and pharmacies.
• Promote Medinex and communicate the value of its solutions to healthcare providers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active users.
• Develop and execute marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Manage social media promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective facilities and support the onboarding process.
• Monitor marketing performance and report on growth activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in marketing, sales, business development or HealthTech.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Previous experience in software sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
