About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to support patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and maintain a safe, clean environment in our Lagos facility.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with feeding and medication reminders.
- Support patients with mobility, walking, and transfers.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist in bed making and maintaining patient hygiene.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ health conditions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist nurses and doctors during examinations or procedures.
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.
Required profile
- Minimum of a BSc degree.
- No prior experience required.
