About the role
The Health & Benefits Consultant will support financial and administrative analysis for client projects, handling ad‑hoc problem‑solving requests and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and data analytics in partnership with actuaries.
- Develop client strategies, present benchmark data, and oversee implementation of plan changes.
- Manage project timelines, quality of deliverables, and supervise junior colleagues.
- Lead the RFP process with health insurance carriers and compile health benefits information from multiple sources.
Required profile
- Experience in financial or contract analysis within consulting or insurance environments.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Attention to compliance standards, peer‑review processes, and transparent reporting.
