Head of Security

About the role

The Group is seeking an experienced Head of Security to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all physical security operations across its manufacturing plants, distribution centres, warehouses, offices and other locations. This senior position will shape enterprise‑wide security strategies, policies and procedures to protect people, assets, facilities and the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group‑wide physical security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites nationwide, including plants, warehouses, distribution centres, depots and corporate offices.
• Establish security policies, procedures, standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation.
• Oversee protection of assets, facilities, personnel, inventory and critical infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary security advisor to executive leadership on risks, emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Military Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in physical security management with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading security operations across multiple locations in a large FMCG or manufacturing organization.
• Experience at senior management level, preferably General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Track record of developing and implementing enterprise‑wide security strategies.
