Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the sales and marketing function for Dmidaf Global Consult LTD in Abuja, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, set targets and monitor performance across key accounts and market segments.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team, ensuring effective account management and strong customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and collaborate with other departments to align commercial objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, manage marketing campaigns and optimise sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales management with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Experience in account management, maintaining and growing key client relationships.
• Strong team leadership abilities, capable of developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret market data, forecast trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
