Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead the sales function for De Velli Group, translating the company’s sales strategy into actionable plans and driving performance across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational sales strategy into actionable plans, targets, and daily activities for the sales team.
• Set clear, realistic sales targets and continuously track team performance against objectives.
• Enforce strict and consistent use of the CRM system for pipeline management, reporting, and accountability.
• Recruit, manage, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve high performance.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to improve sales competence and productivity.
• Lead high‑value negotiations and support the team in closing complex or strategic deals.
• Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Continuously refine sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Relations, and Operations to optimize lead conversion and customer experience.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
