Head of Operations Manager

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations Manager to lead and optimise daily activities across its real‑estate business. You will shape operational strategy, drive performance, and ensure seamless coordination between departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across relevant departments, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams to maintain high performance and accountability.
• Set operational targets, monitor KPIs, and analyse performance indicators.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets, enforce cost‑control measures, and ensure financial discipline.
• Coordinate with senior management and department heads to align operations with strategic goals.
• Monitor service and product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulations, health and safety requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Management or related field.
• At least 12 months of progressive experience in operations management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with business/ERP management systems.
