Head of Operations

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead the day‑to‑day activities of Kenex Konsults International’s real‑estate business in Delta, Marina. Reporting to senior management, you will shape operational strategy, drive efficiency, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee daily real‑estate operations, including sales, leasing, facility management, and project execution.
• Establish and monitor policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, property owners, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and technical teams to improve performance.
• Manage operational budgets, track expenditures, and analyze KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and operational staff.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost‑control measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate operations or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and service quality.
