Head of Operations – Healthcare Clinics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Operations to lead strategic and operational oversight across our network of healthcare clinics and service centres in Nigeria. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, profitability, patient experience and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable operational strategies, launch new clinics and expand existing sites while standardising processes and ensuring business continuity.
• Lead provider network management, including credentialing, performance monitoring and commercial negotiations to maintain high‑quality patient care.
• Own operational financial performance, budgeting, pricing and cost optimisation to achieve revenue growth and EBITDA targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MPH) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior operations or leadership role within healthcare or related services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and digital‑health technologies.
