Head of Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance

About the role

The Head of Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive M&E and compliance framework that aligns with Fiberone Broadband's strategic objectives. This senior position oversees M&E systems, internal audits, and ensures adherence to donor and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive M&E and compliance framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the creation of M&E tools, software for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Design robust internal monitoring and compliance systems to track performance and identify risks.
• Lead organization-wide audits, ensure audit requirements are met, and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce high‑quality M&E reports and dashboards for program decision‑making.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, regulatory bodies, and project teams.
• Manage the M&E and compliance budget to ensure cost‑efficient operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in M&E or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading M&E teams on large‑scale projects, preferably in telecommunications or ISP settings.
• Experience managing high‑profile audits and working with donors and regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, compliance standards, and financial management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Stata, or R.
• Familiarity with M&E software and platforms.
