About the role
The company, a technology‑focused Business Process Outsourcing provider, is seeking a Head of Corporate Accounts to lead SaaS sales for enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison between large corporate customers and internal product, technical, and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
- Understand client business objectives and align technology solutions to support digital transformation.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise customers.
- Monitor industry trends and act as a trusted advisor by recommending innovative solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or client relationship management within technology solutions.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth.
- Experience negotiating contracts and maintaining long‑term client partnerships.
- Familiarity with solution‑based and consultative sales approaches.
- Relevant certifications such as Key Account Management, SPIN Selling, Certified Sales Leadership Professional.
Required skills
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
