About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Vice Principal Admin to lead the administrative functions of St. Mary Dedication British International School in Benin City. The role supports the Principal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and contributes to the success of students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
• Oversee and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations across all departments.
• Coordinate student disciplinary procedures and attendance management.
• Manage school budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with teachers and department heads to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.
• Facilitate professional development programs for staff and faculty.
• Ensure compliance with local and national educational regulations and policies.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Implement and oversee school safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in educational administration, with prior teaching or leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate and guide staff.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in educational administration software and technology.
• Knowledge of Nigerian educational policies and regulations.
