About the role

We are seeking a Head of Academic Design & Learning Excellence to shape the learning experience for every Kalvia graduate. This role goes beyond traditional curriculum leadership, integrating world‑class technical training with Kalvia’s proprietary professional excellence programmes across business, finance, customer service, project management, digital & AI skills, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design Kalvia’s end‑to‑end learning architecture, ensuring seamless integration of partner curricula and proprietary content.
• Manage technical curriculum partnerships, maintaining high quality and relevance.
• Develop and continuously improve Kalvia’s proprietary professional excellence curriculum.
• Establish competency frameworks and learning standards that align with industry needs.
• Drive academic quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure every graduate is workforce‑ready, business‑ready, and future‑ready.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum design, learning strategy, instructional design, workforce development, corporate learning, or academic leadership.
• Passion for transforming education and developing people.
• Strong stakeholder, partnership, and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to build systematic learning solutions, not just individual courses.
• Startup mindset with high standards and a bias for execution, believing education should transform lives.
