About the role

The Head of Institutional & Corporate Markets will lead the development and execution of market strategies, driving growth across institutional and corporate client segments. This senior position reports to senior leadership and oversees a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or a related discipline
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field (advantage)
• 8–12 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, corporate banking, wealth management, institutional sales, capital markets or a related financial services environment
• 4–5 years in a senior institutional sales, relationship management, business development or commercial leadership role
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients
• Demonstrable experience in growing AUM and generating revenue through institutional and corporate relationships
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, fixed income and capital markets
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and the Nigerian capital markets (advantage)
