Handyman – Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician

About the role
We are seeking a multi‑skilled Handyman to maintain the power, water and other systems of a residential compound within our hospitality portfolio. The position involves rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous operation. You will work onsite in Abuja, supporting both routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs such as replacing bulbs, sockets, fittings and conducting fault‑finding.
- Carry out plumbing tasks including fixing leaks, taps, pumps and water tanks.
- Handle routine pool dosing and first‑line air‑conditioning checks.
- Complete assigned jobs with before‑and‑after photos and assist visiting contractors.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on building infrastructure and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Work on rotating shifts covering nights, weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of a degree in a related field.
