Guest Experience Coordinator – Hospitality Services

About the role

The Guest Experience Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. This role blends customer service, operational coordination, and on‑site problem solving within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Guest Experience channel, responding to enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Coordinate services such as airport pickup, concierge, private chefs, welcome baskets and other guest requests.
• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and other property‑related activities.
• Act as liaison for repairmen, contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Visit properties to address guest, maintenance or operational issues on‑site.
• Check property readiness, identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain booking, guest experience and operational platforms using company‑provided logins.
• Escalate significant issues to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, property management, customer service or operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with guests, teams and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to visit properties and handle on‑site operational issues.
• Residence on or around Orchid Road, Lagos.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital platforms and business systems.
